I am not a medical professional. However, I offer emotional support, information, and reassurance to people transitioning into parenthood. I serve as a comforting presence in clinical and in-home settings, addressing your inquiries and guiding you through the birthing process.
I can help reduce anxiety and ensure you feel well-informed and empowered throughout your experience. I always prioritize respecting your choices, delivering non-judgmental aid, and fostering a secure and supportive atmosphere during this life-changing experience.
I am not a medical professional, but I do have over three years of experience as a compassionate, trauma-informed care advocate. Throughout the course of your labor and delivery, I will remain dedicated to offering comprehensive assistance, encompassing emotional, physical, and informational support. My commitment extends to aligning with and supporting your birth plan, ensuring your birthing experience is as comfortable and in accordance with your preferences as possible.
I will be available for check-ins to assist you in processing your birthing experience and provide in-home support. I can assist with tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and more, allowing you to take the well-deserved rest you need.

I want to assure you that my support doesn't end with your hospital stay. In fact, I am here for you not only during your birthing experience but also afterward, with two dedicated in-home visits.
During these post-birth visits, I will make sure to check in on you to help you process your birthing experience and provide any emotional support you may need. I understand that this can be a transformative and emotional time, and having someone to talk to and share your feelings with can be immensely beneficial.
